2. Exceptions β Damaged or Defective Products Only
While we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction, we do make exceptions in theΒ rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect productΒ being delivered.
Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days
Conditions for Reporting:
- The issue must be reportedΒ within 24 hoursΒ of delivery.
- The item must beΒ unused, unwashed, and inΒ original packagingΒ with all tags intact.
- Unboxing video or photo evidenceΒ must be provided for verification.
If your claim is verified, we may offer:
- A replacement of the damaged/incorrect product (subject to availability), or

4. Cancellation Before Processing

- Once the order moves to the processing stage or is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
